Microsoft 365 CSP Pricelist

The Microsoft 365 CSP Pricelist provides comprehensive pricing information for all Microsoft 365 licenses available through the Cloud Solution Provider program.

Pricing Structure

All prices shown are recommended retail prices (ERP) in EUR excluding VAT. Discounts may apply for partners and/or large volumes. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

Commitment & Payment Options

Licenses are available with the following options:

• Per month (monthly term): Pay per month with flexibility to cancel after each month. Approximately 20% higher than yearly commitment.
• Per year (annual payment): 12-month commitment with full payment upfront. Best price available.
• Per year (monthly payment): 12-month commitment but pay monthly. Approximately 5% higher than annual prepayment.

Deployment Timeline

Licenses will be available in your Microsoft tenant within approximately 10 minutes after order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 7 days by contacting support@universal.cloud. After 7 days, the commitment period applies.

Microsoft Customer Agreement

The Microsoft Customer Agreement applies to all cloud services. Ensure your organization has accepted the agreement before ordering.

Education & Non-Profit

The pricelist displays commercial pricing by default. Specific requirements apply for Education and Non-Profit pricing:

• Education: Only for accredited educational institutions (primary, secondary and higher education).
• Non-Profit: Only for organizations with recognized non-profit status. Validation through Microsoft required.
